Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cut watermelon into cubes.
  2. Freeze cubes for at least 4 hours.
  3. Add frozen watermelon to a blender.
  4. Add lime juice and honey.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a container.
  7. Freeze 1–2 hours if desired.
  8. Scoop and serve.
