Ingredients
6 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Fresh mint (optional)
Method
Cut watermelon into cubes.
Freeze cubes for at least 4 hours.
Add frozen watermelon to a blender.
Add lime juice and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a container.
Freeze 1–2 hours if desired.
Scoop and serve.
